Membership & Entry Forms

Attention: The cancelled May 8th show is being replaced with a show on June 5th at the Didsbury Ag Society Arena.

AEF Membership Due to the high cost of insurance for our events it was decided that NTRC would become affiliated with the Alberta Equestrian Federation, thus substantially reducing our insurance costs. This means, however, that to compete in our shows you must be a member of the AEF. This will cost you $30 (or $60 family) BUT you will enjoy significant benefits which include: $5 million Third Party Liability Insurance arising from owning or using a horse; $30,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance; Transportation Insurance for non-owned horses ($5,000/horse/ $10,000 per accident). For more information, please visit the AEF website: www.albertaequestrian.com

Membership fees for 2010 are $25.00 for an individual Youth or Senior (please see Divisions, below), or $50.00 for a family (parents and all children living at home) plus a numbers fee of $5.00 for each horse/rider combination.

Every member must fill out a volunteer form with their membership.

A drop-in fee is available to those who want to "try" the club before joining may do so. If you choose to join the club, your Drop-in fee would be applied to this year's membership fee.

We attract riders from the English, Western and Gymkhana disciplines and appeal to a wide age group (from 5 to 55+) and ability range in part due to our ‘progressive category system.’ Riders compete against not only their own age group, but more importantly their own ability level which promotes safety, equality of competition, and fun.
